KroyTech™ LLC dba KroyTech Workbenches is an authorized distributor and representative for BenchPro™, Inc and Bench Depot™, a division of BenchPro. Following is the manufacturer's warranty. KroyTech does not provide any warranty, implied or otherwise, beyond the manufacturer's warranty.

BenchPro™ workbenches are warranted for 10-years.

This includes every component and every function. Customers only have the obligation to report the problem. BenchPro™ will take care of the rest.

FRAMES are warranted to stay as strong as when they were new for 10-years. They will support 5000 lbs of distributed weight.

FRAME & ACCESSORY PAINT will not delaminate, fade, chip or in any way become unattractive for 10-years.

TOPS must remain attractive and in proper working condition for 10-years. The exception shall be damage due to customer impacts, burns, scrapes, gouges, stains and general wear.

ESD WARRANTY: Static Control (ESD) properties of our workbenches with Nevamar™ ESD laminate are warranted to remain within the nationally accepted standards of ANSI/ESDA and Federal GSA for 10-years. Any component which fails to meet ESDA S20.20 specifications within 10 years will be repaired or replaced by BenchPro at no cost to the user, except in the case of excessive abuse or excessive physical damage to the bench frame or table top as determined by BenchPro.

CLEAN ROOM WARRANTY: Clean room workbenches shall maintain Class 100 standards for 10 years.

CHEMICAL RESISTANT WARRANTY: Chemical resistant workbench tops shall remain undamaged by any chemical which Formica states the laminates are protected from for 10 years.

BenchPro will either, at their discretion, refund the entire purchase price or replace whatever product is defective, and pay for the freight as well. Although no return of defective product is ever necessary, we may ask for an electronic photo in cases where we have not seen the problem before.

Exceptions
1. Furniture with laminated tops must be used indoors, and not in any process where large amounts of water are present on a regular basis.
2. Light fixtures are warranted by their respective manufacturer and Home Depot. We make no further warranty.
3. In no case shall BenchPro be responsible for any direct, consequential or indirect damage caused by the use of our products, the inability to use our products, or by any defect or failure of ours products. Our liability shall be limited to replacement of product, or a full refund, as outlined above.

Before purchasing workbench products for specialty applications, the user is requested to determine the suitability of the products for their application. We assume no risk or liability therein.

Neither KroyTech, LLC nor BenchPro shall not be liable for injury resulting from defective units which remain in service after the user is aware of a defect which an average person would determine could ultimately result in injury.

Neither KroyTech, LLC nor BenchPro will be liable for loss or damage, direct, indirect, or consequential, arising out of the use of, or inability to use their products. Their only obligation is the replacement or repair of parts, or complete units proven to be defective, as outlined in the manufacturer's warranty.
