Few competitors will post ALL customer comments. NO workbench manfuacturer or freight carrier is 100% problem-free when product is shipped. If a sales rep or distributor tells you or advertises otherwise, don't believe it. On the rare occasions that problems arise, we correct them quickly. Most of these messages are unsolicited. This customer actually had some initial problems with some accessories and very successfully did his own self-service. We encourage customers to notify us upon inspection so we can immediately send replacement parts.

Just wanted to let you know the benches were received and have been assembled.
Everything went together with no problems, and they look real good....

Emailed question: How long did it take to assemble the workbenches? (This order was for 8 - 8 ft benches with 1 accessory.)

I did it myself and each bench took a few minutes to unpack and less then 10 minutes to assemble....

Comments:
Assembly is much faster with two men per bench.
Workbench and accessory assembly is generally intuitive and simple. Most customers barely need the three-page instruction guide, even with numerous accessories and add-ons.

Just want to let you know that the light frames fit perfectly! So from myself and my colleagues, Thank you very much to you Kroy and the facility that made the clip on the uprights bigger. I will keep in contact with possibly more orders because other areas of the facility are jealous of the light frames in our new final assembly room.

We just got the benches. We put two together. They look great. And a week early. Great!
I have a question on the foot rest. Is it really just a bar? I was thinking it was a pad that fit your feet. Please advise.
I may be ordering more once I have a floor plan made.

The footrest is a 1" diameter chrome plated bar, adjustable forward and back along the bottom support. See picture (non-adjustable version).

Confirmed the light fixture does work. Its just the plastic light cover that got cracked up on the corner that needs to be replaced....

I love the table. It's a cadillac. Put it together myself. Looks great. Actually the fax did not come through until today for some reason and I put it together myself (been around guys too long - what directions? Don't need no stinky directions).

Comments:
Damage to Light Fixtures is much less common now with our new carrier and packing. A replacement Light Fixture was shipped to this customer.
Workbenches are very easy to assemble, though we usually recommend 2 men per bench. This customer had most of the typical options, accessories and light system to assemble.

Sorry, I meant to let you know how much we like the benches. They really look great. The best part is that I was out of town when they arrived so my engineer had to unload and assemble!

The only problem we are having is figuring out how to install the drawer option (D6/12). Do you have any instructions on installing this?

HI Kroy,

Thank you for the quality service and being a day ahead of your promised delivery date

We got our shipment this afternoon and I have assembled the workbenches. All looks excellent and went together with ease. This is really a quality, well built product.

The three R72 Roll Holders (3 for K4872 bench) did not arrive. They are not listed on the BenchPro work order # 4672 I received from the Fed Ex driver but I do see them in our quote below. Please let us know when we should be on the look out for the R72s. (not a problem for now)

We are delighted with both the product and service you have provided.
