The bench is getting good use. It's rock solid and cosmetically flawless. I think I made a good choice... J
This customer actually had some initial problems with some accessories and very successfully did his own self-service. We encourage customers to notify us upon inspection so we can immediately send replacement parts.

I wanted to tell you that I have the workbench, it is fully assembled, and I'm very happy with it.
The workbench, uprights and shelving was all 100% correct, and was absolutely no problem at all to assemble.

...I've been meaning to contact you to thank you and let you know everything turned out terrific. We are very pleased with the product and the conscientious service we have received. Dawn does wish she had ordered 4 roll holders instead of 3. Would the cost to order one more roll holder be practical or would the shipping be too much?
